Mary Ruth Price

Mary Ruth Crutchfield Price, 73 of Boydton, passed away January 12, 2018.  Mary Ruth was the widow of Garland Price.  She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.  She was the daughter of the late Harry and Ethel Crutchfield and was also preceded in death by a son, Gary Wayne Carter. She is survived by her sons, Harry Lee Carter and wife Lisa of Boydton, Jerry Carter and wife Tammy, Keysville, sister, Bertha Wilmoth and husband Eddie of Colonial Heights, and grandchildren, Savannah Melton, McCael Melton, and Chance Melton. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, January 15 at Boydton Baptist Church Cemetery, with Dr. Stephen DeOrnellas officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of Harry Lee Carter. Memorial contributions may be made to Ebenezer Baptist Church, 26800 Highway 47, South Hill, Virginia, 23970.
