Billy M. Mull, 74, of Chase City, died September 27, 2016. He was the son of the late C. U. and Mary Etta Mull and was also predeceased by his sisters, Wilma Johnson, Darlene Stembridge, Eleanor Newcomb, and brothers, Fred and Spencer Mull. He was a life member of Chase City Volunteer Fire Department, former employee of Jackson Motor Co., former Sergeant with the Chase City Police Department, and former owner of B & L Grocery and Lois’ Kitchen. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lois Mull, daughters, Donna Overton and husband Billy, Shelly Solomon and husband Bruce, Rhonda Wilson and husband Ricky, son, B.J. Mull and wife LeAnne, sister, Juanita Durette, brother, Buddy Mull and wife Betty, grandchildren, Meghan Farley, Carla Fitts, Nathan Fitts, Justin Fitts, Dillon Wilson, Heather Wilson, Riley Mull, and McKenna Mull. The family will receive friends 6 – 8 pm. Friday evening at Wood Funeral Service. Services will be held 2:00 pm. Saturday at Black Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Clyde Shelton and Rev.
