Rebecca Cantrell Allgood, age 77, of Boydton passed away December 18, 2022. She was preceded in death by a son, Charles Monroe Allgood, Jr. Surviving is her husband of 60 years, Charles Monroe Allgood, Sr.; daughter, Lisa Brakefield; son, Jeffery Allgood; sisters, Linda Nowlin, Vicki Moore; grandchildren, Megan Challenor, Haley Myers, Sarah Morrison, Ethan Benson, Tyler Benson, Hannah Benson, Emily Hedberg, Grant Allgood, Grayson Allgood; & 10 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at Boydton Baptist Church Cemetery. Wood Funeral Service is serving the family.
