Mr. Louis Lee Reid, 79, of Chase City, died May 9, 2013. He was a retired chief warrant officer with the U S Navy, a member of the Fleet Reserve organization, USS Columbus Association, Military Officers organization, and Tuckahoe Masonic Lodge #1163. He is survived by his wife, Rosa, children, William Todd Reid of Richmond, grandchildren, Jessica Ann Kohler, Heather Reid, and Courtney Reid, sisters, Shirley Gross of Hickory, NC, Mabel Bivers of Lincolnton, GA, step children, Raymond Boyter, Fances Wilkerson, Irene Lawford, Ann Smith, Clarence Boyter, Jr., Jackie Boyter, John Boyter, Debra Wilkinson, Roger Boyter, Jennifer Clark, and Tracey Boyter.
