Mrs. Margaret S. Lenhart, age 81, of Chase City, passed away May 31, 2013. She was the widow of Ernest Roy Lenhart and also preceded in death by a daughter Janice Lenhart Lacks. She was also a member of Friendship United Methodist Church. Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law Mike and Denise Lenhart, Eddie and Jo Ann Lenhart and Dean and Janet Lenhart all of Chase City. Brother: Claude Spake of Richmond, sisters Dorothy Beard and Ethel Jones of LaCrosse and Shirley Acree of Richmond. Eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Monday at Friendship United Methodist Church with interment in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Sunday at Wood Funeral Service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Friendship United Methodist Church, 25649 Hwy. 49 Chase City, VA 23924.
