Drake Alexander Jones, of South Boston, age 4 months, died June 29, 2014. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Carolyn Shearin and is survived by his parents, David and Randi Jones, stepsister, Faith Jones, paternal grandmother, Theresa Aiken, maternal grandfather, Mark Claiborne and step grandmother, Melissa Claiborne, step grandfather, Chris Shearin, uncle and aunt, Andy and Libby Edmonds, uncle, Roy Claiborne, aunt, Hazel Owen, “auntie”, Jordan Clary. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Concord Baptist Church, Chase City, with the Rev. Jane Lyon officiating.
